Refund & Return Policy

Poster Set: Returns. If you’re not happy with your poster set, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Email info@chantaldaniels.com before sending it back so I can give you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the set arrives, you’ll be refunded the cost of the posters to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Poster Set: Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email info@chantaldaniels.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, and you won’t need to send the damaged item back.

Handmade and custom orders. Star blankets and custom orders are made by hand, just for you, so they can’t be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

The Sacred Pause subscription. You can cancel anytime before the 20th of the month, and you won’t receive or be charged for the next envelope. Envelopes that have already been mailed can’t be refunded.
